About Andrea Cannon...
Andrea has been a registered nurse since 2012, with a healthcare career that began in 2005. Most of her experience has been in hospital settings, where bedside nursing remains one of her greatest passions. She dedicated herself to patient care throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and, after contracting the virus in 2021, developed Long COVID. This personal health journey ignited a new passion for advocacy and healing, inspiring her to support others facing similar challenges.
Andrea feels honored to be part of what she believes was God’s plan for The Leading Edge Clinic. When the clinic was in its early stages, she learned of their need for an RN and connected them with the current practice manager, Tisha—leading to a perfect fit at the perfect time.
As a casual RN at LEC, Andrea enjoys collaborating with her coworkers and working alongside all the providers. She also continues to serve as a Telemetry nurse in the hospital setting. Her personal health experiences give her deep empathy and compassion for her patients, as she has benefited from many of the same interventions she now helps facilitate.
Outside of work, Andrea cherishes time with her supportive boyfriend, friends, and family. She has a love for nature, adventure, and cooking.

Thank you for providing this service! My telehealth appointment with Scott was wonderful! Not only did he listen to my concerns regarding my particular comorbidity issues, but he had excellent suggestions for therapeutics that might help. He also adjusted the Covid-19 protocol dosages to fit my particular needs as opposed to doing a “one size fits all” method. It is a huge relief to know I will be able to have these medications on hand in case I do come down with Covid. Thank you very much for being there!
