Long Haul COVID Visits

Long-haul covid treatment is based on a comprehensive video visit with a nurse practitioner. Full assessment and evaluation of the severity, duration, and character of all long-haul symptoms suffered since recovery from acute phase of COVID-19. Current and past medical history and all therapies used, will be reviwed in long-haul covid treatment. The nurse practitioner will then formulate a long-haul covid treatment protocol sequence of both off-label and/or over the counter therapies to address the inflammatory pathways involved including mast cell activation syndrome by Long-haul vaccine.

As a practice, we have been open for a short time and have treated over 300 patients for prevention and treatment of all stages of COVID-19 and post-vaccine syndromes including long-haul covid treatment. Our quality of service to our patients is our number one priority with our tele-health practice. However, in this new era of healthcare, working with a smaller team, and with limited resources, we understand the challenges which many of you also face as patients. The current healthcare system often denies the reality of your condition and offers no concrete solutions or tangible assistance to help you recover.

Almost all of us have left or been forced to leave secure positions with generous benefits because we are committed to providing moral and ethical patient-centered care. This places us as practitioners in the position of needing to ensure financial viability while trying to do the right thing for increasingly complex patient care and the evolving knowledge of the disease. It is in this context that we are changing our current payment structure to better meet the needs of patients while supporting our high-quality practice.

Team consultation fee for long-haul covid treatment to patients 18 and up is $1250 and with Dr. Pierre Kory is $1650. This includes follow up visits with our team of nurses and nurse practitioners.

This includes an initial video visit and 2 follow-up visits with our prescribers for up to 4 months after the initial visit. Additional visits required is an additional charge per visit. Please note, complex emails will require a follow-up visit with one of our prescribers. The initial visit includes 2 follow-up visits.

*Pro-bono consults can and will be offered in cases of financial hardship where proof of income provided.

A nurse will contact you to help you schedule an appointment and collect payment. Appointments will not be confirmed until all tasks have been completed and payment has been confirmed.
