About Cancer Prevention

While we don’t expect the American Cancer Society to be honest about the “why”, we do agree with their statistical analysis that cancer is on the rise, as evidenced by their 2024 article demonstrating that new cancer diagnoses would eclipse 2,000,000 Americans for the first time ever. Not only that, but this study shows a 79.1% increase in early onset cancer diagnoses between 1990 and 2019.
The above statistics demonstrate an urgent need to identify preventative strategies that will stave off cancer. Even those who are told they have a “genetic predisposition” to cancer must understand their are many factors in their control that can prevent the genetic expression of tumor proliferation. We have developed a Cancer Prevention program, derived from our Adjunctive Cancer Care program, which uses truly evidence-based therapies and strategies to lower an individual’s risk of developing cancer.
On this page, you will find more information about our care model and costs, our treatment approaches, patient case studies, answers to frequently asked questions, and additional resources.

Provider Appointments

Our care model is built to support patients with a high level of 1:1 care. Our Cancer Prevention program includes extensive education on behavioral modifications, dietary guidance, and individualized treatment plans. Patients will have a 1 hour initial visit with their provider, and a 30 minute followup

Nursing Support

We use a staff of Registered Nurses, not Nursing Assistants, to maintain a high level of quality care throughout the patient experience. Our RNs provider frequent check-ins with patients in-between appointments. The goal is to ensure patient adherence to a plan of care, help manage symptoms, and address patient questions. Patients can also proactively call the nursing line at any time if their needs require it. Nursing support goes on for the duration of patient treatment.

Evidence-Based Treatment

Evidence-based medicine is a systematic approach to patient care that that combines clinical expertise, research evidence, and patient values. This is the approach we took with our Long Haul and Post-Vaccine Injured patients, that we are now applying to those seeking care for cancer prevention. Our continued commitment to research, combined with our clinical observations, will continue to help patients lower their risk of developing cancer

Pricing

The initial 1 hour long visit and 30 minute followup with one of our Adjunctive Cancer Care providers is $1,765. Appointments are to be used during a 6 month timeframe. Patients will be given continued care options to proceed with care on an as-needed basis, after their initial appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Cancer Prevention?

Cancer Prevention is a holistic approach towards wellness that uses the existing evidence base on the metabolic basis for cancer, and other environmental factors, to deliver prophylactic treatment strategies that will reduce the odds of developing cancer

If I am genetically predisposed to cancer, will this program still help me?

Yes. While genetics can certainly influence someone’s risk of developing cancer, they do not determine the outcome. A healthy metabolic lifestyle and repurposed drugs can influence genetic expression, support the innate immune system, and help destroy any cancer cells that do develop.

What does care consist of?

The goal of care is to minimize environmental risk factors through deep education, establish individualized dietary strategies that will create a healthy metabolic environment inside the body, and introduce repurposed drugs and nutraceuticals with various mechanisms of anti-cancer action

How long will I be on treatment?

Some of the strategies you will learn in the program should be followed through your life. Thankfully, they do not require constant clinician supervision. Our goal is to arm you with the knowledge to make healthy choices and decisions for yourself. However, since we do write scripts, as long as your care includes these prescriptions, there must be some level of oversight and followup. There are continued care options for patients to be seen as-needed. You will not need to be on prescriptions indefinitely. But you may choose to go on them again in the future, and can re-engage as-needed.

Is this program for me if I am a former cancer patient in remission?

Cancer patients in remission are a fit for our Adjunctive Cancer Care program, NOT our Cancer Prevention program. This is due to the rate of recurrence, which we know is because of the inability of traditional oncological treatments to address cancer stem cells. our Adjunctive Cancer Care program provides a higher level of 1:1 support for patients.
