Pierre Kory, MD, MPA, CTP
Dr. Kory is an award-winning, board-certified specialist in pulmonary diseases, internal medicine, and critical care medicine. He is a highly published and expert on numerous aspects of COVID-19 treatment in all its phases. He is also the President and Chief Medical Officer of the non-profit organization called the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance. Dr. Kory is renown all over the world for his expertise and quality patient-centric care.
Scott Marsland, FNP-C, CTP
Scott Marsland has been an RN since 1997, and an FNP-C since 2014. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with an MS in Nursing from SUNY Upstate Medical University. He has been a writer, speaker, organizer and leader for community health for more than twenty years. He played an instrumental role in formation of the Ithaca Free Clinic in 2005. The IFC was the first integrated medicine clinic in the United States and today serves more than 4000 people annually. Since 2007, he has practiced in an Emergency setting.
India Scott, FNP-C, CTP
India Scott has been working in the nursing field for over thirty years. During college she worked as a CNA. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Alabama in 1994 with Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After graduation she worked in both the hospital and home health setting. She has been practicing as an FNP-C for twenty two years and uses an integrative medicine approach to patient care. After working in a traditional medicine setting for several years, she realized medications are not always the answer to addressing disease and achieving optimal health.
Laura Bevis MD, APRN, FNP-C
Dr. Laura Bevis APRN FNP-C has been working in the nursing field for over forty years. Starting as an RN in Boston Massachusetts and going on for her Bachelors at University of New Hampshire and then Masters degree at Catholic University of America in Nursing education and clinical nurse specialist. She then spent 10 years in the United States Air Force with many achievements and left with the rank of Major.
Heidi Dumas, FNC-C, CTP
Heidi Dumas is an exemplary lifelong learner. She started her nursing career in 1991 as a CNA. From the beginning, she was an educator, teaching others as a preceptor. She taught classes to co-workers and patients on diabetes and weight management. Her commitment to community health lead her to organize multiple blood drives. In 1993, Heidi became a Registered Nurse.
Tisha Palmer, RN, CTH
Tisha Palmer is the Practice Manager for the Leading Edge Clinic. She has been professionally engaged in the healthcare field since 2006. Tisha began her health care career as a birth doula and a nursing assistant. Tisha went on to become an LPN and, since 2010, a Registered Nurse. Her practice and experience from entry level until today has given her a strong commitment to helping people in their most trying of circumstances.
Kara Gabrielson, RN, CTH
Kara Gabrielson graduated nursing school from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI in May of 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors at Chamberlain University in August of 2021. She worked in bedside as a medical-surgical nurse for a year. She was working in pediatrics before coming to work with Dr. Kory’s team in May of 2022.
Karen Gates, RN, CTH
Karen Gates has been a Registered Nurse for twenty eight years. In 1995 she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During her long career, she has worked in medical-surgical, medical surgical oncology, and bone-marrow transplant units. She has also worked in school nursing, and most recently as a US Consulate Health Unit Nurse for the Department of State.
Michelle Kuklinski, RN, CTH
Michelle Kuklinski has been a registered nurse since 2011 and has worked in a variety of areas including behavioral health, critical care and emergency department at a level 2 trauma center.
While emergency medicine has always been her passion, she made a transition to a more balanced healthcare career after her own health issues and sons NICU stay. Working part time allows her the flexibility, work life balance in her busy household of 3 boys, 2 dogs and a husband.
Anthony Fazio, L. Ac., D.A.O.M. (c) CTP
Anthony Fazio is nationally certified and licensed to practice acupuncture and Chinese medicine in NY and NJ. He is trained in diverse acupuncture styles including Vietnamese, People’s Republic of China (Traditional Chinese Medicine-TCM), Korean, Japanese, and Classical Chinese.
Mark Bishofsky, RRT-CRT
Mark Bishofsky, RRT-CRT, graduated from Western College in La Crosse, WI, in 1999 with a Respiratory Therapy degree. He has worked in critical care for 25 years, including adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations. He worked through the pandemic in an ICU and has a clear understanding of ventilators and the chronic damage that mechanical ventilation can do to the lungs.
