Dr. Kory from the start of the COVID-19 global pandemic has kept patient care front and center as he had to learn along with the rest of the medical world how to understand SARS COV-2 infection impact, how to treat patients and save lives. Met with Scott Marsland and the consultation was worth every penny! He was extremely professional, informative, suggested cost effective options and made sure I was aware of potential side effects of prescriptions. The process was so easy for setup. I was so very impressed with the level of knowledge of the NPG, Scott. We went through the supplements I take and he helped me understand where I could improve or change. It was a nice experience. While Ive read through the FLCCC protocols it was very helpful to discuss details and ask questions about specifics.

$250, initially, seemed like a lot of money to get set up with this service. however, after talking with Scott and being able to discuss anything under the sun, it was well worth the price of admission. My initial interview with Scott could not have been better. He had read my application and gave me very personal and specific advice on several matters. He explained clearly the treatment steps, so I am much more understanding of what to expect if I become infected. My discussion with Scott Marsland far, I mean far, exceeded my expectations. He possesses an amazing amount of knowledge and I cannot thank him enough … absolutely a 5-star+.

Dr. Kory was a patient listener and very knowledgeable about adverse vaccine reactions. He explained my issue and proposed treatment in a manner that I could understand. He was professional and of great humility. I would highly recommend him to other patients frustrated with the current healthcare system.

I have a complicated medical history, and take a lot of drugs, so Ive been very conflicted about which parts of the standard FLCCC protocol, or any alternate protocol, I can use, and which I should not use, for fear of drug interactions, kidney damage, and so on. Talking to Scott was very helpful, he was able to tailor your protocol to my individual situation, and now I am less afraid of going out in public. One thing that had me particularly frightened was the prospect of taking steroids, because both prednisone and prednisolone interact with almost everything else I take already, and in complex ways, with a wide variety of possible complications. Scott told me that we could use dexamethazone as an alternative if it was ever necessary for me to take steroids. So after the call was over, I researched it on Drugs.com, and found that while yes, it can interact with most of my blood pressure meds, but in each case the result is the same–the blood pressure drug is less effective. This is a big relief, because it means all I have to do to feel safe is to monitor my blood pressure closely, and with professional guidance, and perhaps a temporary dose adjustment, I should be able to safely use that drug. This alone has given me a big confidence boost. Once I set up the patient portal and can see the notes, I wil feel that I have a roadmap to go on, as Scott was very helpful in answering questions and volunteering things I had not thought to ask about. He listened with attention, took my concerns seriously, and was very helpful in making me feel better prepared to both prevent, and if necessary, treat covid from a distance–as no doctor I a aware of where I live would take the risk of prescribing anything that might be of use. But this is about more than Scott Marsden and his excellent professionalism. I also want to say that the office staff is friendly, efficient, and on the ball. I had to communicate with them more than once both before and after my appointment, and was mightily impressed with how prompt they were to respond to any inquiry, and how good at swiftly getting things handled. Dr. Kory has surrounded himself with some wonderful people. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with complicated medical histories who may need an individual personalized plan of action against covid.

What a blessing that there are practitioners out there who are willing to look at the evidence objectively and create treatment plans based on clinical research and treatment. Scott Marsland has been outstanding. He takes time to listen, inquire, and explain his treatment therapy in terms that makes sense while remaining open to patient input. My husband and I we’re recommended to Dr Pierre Kory, Advanced Covid-19 Care after contracting covid this past weekend. We had a conference call with Scott Marsland FNP-C who was very knowledgeable about the disease and the various treatments. Scott spent time discussing the timeline of our symptoms and then reviewed our medical history & medications. He was very professional and exceptionally thorough and put together a detailed treatment plan for each of us to follow. He then prescribed the necessary medications along with his recommendation of OTC vitamins & supplements. Everything is on order with the pharmacy and I have every confidence this was the right call to make. I highly recommend these practitioners for the treatment of covid.
