Michelle Kuklinksi, RN, CTH

Michelle Kuklinski, RN, CTH has been a Registered Nurse since 2011 and has worked in a variety of areas including behavioral health, critical care and emergency department at a level 2 trauma center.

While emergency medicine has always been her passion, she made a transition to a more balanced healthcare career after her own health issues and son’s NICU stay. Working part-time allows her the flexibility, work life balance in her busy household of 3 boys, 2 dogs and a husband.

While helping build our team since day one, she has always been driven by her passion to truly help others in need. Through her knowledge, compassion and understanding in not only being a medical provider but also having been ‘on the other side’ as a patient she is a resource for our patients.

Michelle can often be found helping cover mornings and occasional weekends as she supports our patients, providers and team members.

When not working one of her part time positions or juggling life with boys (It’s a challenge!) she enjoys cooking/baking, gardening, spending time with family and enjoying the beauty of the Wisconsin outdoors in summer.
