In traditional medical practice settings, it isn’t possible to provide these services under the time constraints and limited reimbursement from health insurance. Weight Loss

Weight Management- Weight loss is not always easy due to disruptions in metabolism, hormones, and neurotransmitters. These disruptions cause inability to control appetite, lose body fat and maintain muscle. They also cause fatigue that makes it difficult to get motivated to start a weight loss plan. Diabetes Prevention Program- Patients are evaluated for risk of diabetes, pre-diabetes and metabolic syndrome with a detailed personal and family history, review of symptoms and laboratory tests. Individualized plan is constructed involving lifestyle changes, diet, use of nutraceuticals and medication if needed. Intermittent Fasting Counseling

Intermittent fasting is one of the best ways to rid the body of spike protein. A 72 hour fast is often hard to achieve and can be difficult when taking multiple medications. We provide one-on-one counseling during the 72 hour fast to make sure you can be successful. The initial 60-minute visit will be to develop a plan for fasting.
