Patients who received COVID-19 shots, or had acute COVID-19, and are concerned about residual spike causing disease. These visits involve an evaluation with review of systems and SARS CoV2 Ab semi-quant test (and dilution if pertinent) to indirectly determine spike burden. Develop individualized treatment plan to decrease spike burden and prevent spike- induced disease
